If you have questions about getting started, privacy, subscriptions, or something that is not working the way it should, start here or contact support directly.
Best way to start
Choose a day, pick the photos that matter, and let the app build the first draft. If names or places would help the draft feel more like your day, you can add those as optional context before generation.
Privacy basics
Only the photos you explicitly select are sent, and only when you ask PhostWriter to generate a draft. Journal text is encrypted on your device before storage.

Subscriptions
PhostWriter Pro billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed through Apple. If your plan is not showing correctly after reinstalling or changing devices, use Restore Purchases in the app first.
What to include when you email support
- what happened and what you expected to happen
- your device model and iOS version
- whether the issue happened during sign in, generation, editing, or restore
- any screenshot or screen recording that helps explain the issue
